- Photo Metal is the preferred material in applications where service life expectations exceed 20 years for the part. Many Government and Aerospace companies extensively specify Photo Metal for demanding applications that are required to resist the effects of harsh environments. Photo Metal anodized aluminum is practically indestructible. The graphics are permanently embedded in the aluminum and are resistant to the following harsh conditions: UV exposure, Temperatures to 700°, Salt Spray, Gasoline, Jet fuels, Hydraulic fluids, chemicals, solvents, and abrasions. Photo Metal "is the most durable aluminum substrate" as defined by the National Association of Graphic & Product Identification Mfg. Inc.

- Metal Photo plates are manufactured in our facilities. We utilize an anodized, photosensitive aluminum which has a satin or bright finish. Range of metal thickness is from .012" to .125". Basic drilling, punching, round cornering, and shearing are done in-house; machining of parts is available on a subcontracted basis.
- We manufacture one-of-a-kind, prototypes, short run, long run, durable, engravable/stampable, weather-resistant nameplates for all industries
- These plates can be fabricated to accommodate any type of placement that you may need. The image is sealed in the anodic layer of the aluminum plate and will withstand scratching and most chemicals.
